Resolutions

It's never too early to think about writing resolutions to be submitted  by our chapter to the Washington State Academy.

The King County Chapter usually submits resolutions after careful consideration of the Board of Directors. We typically have a resolution tutorial at our December board meeting with brain storming in January, and votes on which ones to support at our February meeting. Previous resolutions passed can be viewed at the WAFP resolution archive.

Please submit resolution drafts via e-mail by the end of December to be voted on by the KCAFP Board of Directors. If you miss this deadline, you are able to submit your resolution (co-authored by at least two full WAFP members) directly to the WAFP. Final resolutions are due to the WAFP in February. Check their website for official deadlines.

For information on how to write a resolution, see the WAFP instructions.
